Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 1 business day Unless it’s a Custom Order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping method: Nairobi Deliveries Shipment cost: From Ksh 300 based on the Package
Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
- Shipping method: Out of Nairobi Orders Shipment cost: From Ksh 500 based on the Package
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days. Normally delivered via G4S Courier
Same Day Deliveries can be made on special arrangement.
