Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. You can return items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.ie Items on offer are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 7 days.

4. Shipping

To return your product, please get in touch with us at orders @ weighingscales.co.ke . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

6. Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is marked as “Sale”, it does not qualify for a refund.
